La Dolce Vita in Schwerin

We were served quickly, hadn't made a reservation. The food was hot and tasty. We'd love to come back.

The outside area looked very appealing, but the inside area including the toilet is very off-putting ... don't know any Italians where the lasagna and the loveless chicken salad are served after 8 minutes ??, we ate it, but something else is good ... and a bottle of water o.75 for € 7.90 is very expensive ..

Very tasty pizza. The dough was very tasty and fluffy and the service was also very nice.

We were there on the day of the German unit. Other Italians in Schwerin were fully booked, so our choice fell on this restaurant. We cannot recommend this restaurant. If the outside area is still reasonably appealing, the furnishings in the restaurant are devoid of any style or charm. The toilets are not clean. Corona measures are hardly or not at all adhered to, e.g. the guests were not recorded by registration form. The quality and quantity of the dishes served were just average. The price / performance ratio is not good. Visited once and definitely never again. Like many other reviewers, we hadn't looked at the reviews beforehand.

Despite the central location and brisk service, I don't go there anymore. Both dishes were only lukewarm. Criticism was known to the service, ie. it was made conscious. Drinks ok, but food was nothing. A pity

We too fell into this tourist trap. No one goes there a second time. If you like cold pizza and bad service, you are in good hands here.

Very nice and attentive service, food was there quickly and also tasted good, can only recommend!

One star is already too many! We are in Schwerin as tourists. We saw that the restaurant was very well attended. After 30 minutes of waiting and waving, the waiter came and asked what we wanted. Then came the drinks and our starter. After the drinks were empty and the bruschetta finished (which was really ok) we waited again. After another 30 minutes we spoke to the waiters twice, but they turned around and ignored us (one of the waiter was constantly chatting with relatives / friends). Then finally someone came and we wanted to order a main course. Then we were informed that the kitchen was closed (8:30 p.m.). We then paid angrily and left ..

Very very disappointing! Starter brought together with main course and when we complained they rejected to take it out. Pasta from a €0.39 package of noodles as well the sauce. Never again and definitely not-recommendable... except to enemies! ;)

We were there as a day tourist and had lunch there. The service was friendly and fast. But the food (Spaghetti Olio) tasted good, but the portion was quite small for just under 10 Eur. They generally didn't cook with love Salad (also just under 10 Eur.) The same applies. Conclusion = there are other restaurants in Schwerin, sorry!

Not to be recommended. Food wasn't good. Service moderate. Guests who come later will be served earlier. Salad without sauce was drizzled with a touch of balsamic vinegar. Pasta with cream sauce is totally watery.

I definitely do not recommend this "restaurant" !!!! Starter: The bruschetta was very burnt from below. The tomatoes had no taste, there was no garlic on the bruschetta. Main course: Unfortunately the spaghetti was swimming in the water (see picture). The spagetti wasn't salted / flavored. The only thing that the spagetti tasted like was spicy. Unfortunately not at all like garlic! Really inferior! Unfortunately, there were also no day guests collecting arches. After I asked if I could register, I was told in bad German that there was no such thing here. Unfortunately there was no dessert menu either. Unfortunately, all the plants in the restaurant were made of plastic. No recommendation for this restaurant!

We had to wait a long time for our food. The topping of the pizza was way too much on one half and very little on the other. It still tasted good.

One can only warn against this restaurant. Price-performance is not right. We paid almost 12 euros for a plate of salad. There was no dressing, no spices. The pizza was sloppy and the worst pizza of my life. The noodles were floating in the oil and sober. Conclusion: there was no trace of Italian culinary art. Loveless, colorless, tasteless. As a citizen of Mecklenburg, I am ashamed of this poor culinary appearance by the gastronomy of this restaurant. Oh yes, you couldn't pay by card or mobile phone either, only cash was accepted without any announcement.

Not the best experience. Not surprised at all the reviews are all mostly negative. We sat down and only received our menus 40 minutes after we sat down. After that, took another 30 or so minutes to get the food. We both ordered pizzas. They were okay, but bytby we were already starving and considering leaving. Size of the pizzas were quite small, considering other Italian restaurants have way bigger pizzas. The drinks weren't even that great either. Would not come back unfortunately.

All negative comments here are correct. Unfortunately, we only looked at Google when we were already sitting. Non-alcoholic beer and cola was out. Neighbors got wrong food. Others left after waiting 1 hour. We preferred to flee then.

Unfortunately ... at the very beginning the waitress poured drinks on us .. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 portions of pasta. Tasty pizza, however, we doubted the authenticity of the buffala. Massacre paste. 2 different types and the sauce the same .. very farinaceous. In addition, the waitress brought not the paste we ordered. The sauce for every paste is the same everywhere, cream. Generally tasteless paste. In the return we could order any drink. We won't come back ...

I gave 2 stars because the waiter was really nice and the food was ready in 15 minutes. Speaking of food, it is an italian "wanna be". The portions are kinda small and the price is too high for something so mediocre.

OK. Maybe not the best Italian in town now. But drinks and food came super quickly, service was very nice. Noodles were okay, sauce doesn't look too artificial (which it is, at least prepared). Portions a bit small. Kitchen seems to be identical to Toni next door, so bad reviews are strange.

Here you can have no claims to food or service. I've been waiting for the worst pasta of my life for over an hour. Do not make yourself unhappy and prefer to go somewhere else!

The ordered drinks were not served, the ordered food was not served, cutlery and napkins were not available. Fortunately, you can eat pizza by hand?. Staff was no longer visible after serving - never again.

The tablecloth at the neighboring table was simply cleaned by hand. The crumbs were wiped down on the floor ... cleanliness and hygiene? Corona? When we wanted to pay we were told that this was only possible with cash. This is usually pointed out in advance and there was also no receipt when the payment was made ...
